"Excellent short stay in Kutaisi. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast is on the top floor with a beautiful view and the food is fresh and tasty. Parking was available on site. "We booked through Expedia the Suite with Balcony room. Upon arrival, we were greeted and our booking was located. The receptionist, who seemed a bit air-headed and confused, gave us our key and told us there is no elevator. It was the smallest room and not what we booked. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road.
