"The food options in the whole resort, Terme cates, was awful. We ended up paying and renting a car, which was not the plan, so we could have some decent food options. We were staying at a hotel there. Otherwise, everything was good and as we hoped for."

"Such a lovely property--the balcony is so relaxing. Rooms are wonderfully appointed and enjoyed our conversations with the owner. He was so helpful and interesting to chat with. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy in the small town of Kostanjevica na Krki. We had a wonderful stay! A gem in southeastern Slovenia--both Vila Castanea and the town."

"Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs und wurden von Marjan ins nächste Dorf gefahren, um einkaufen und Abendessen zu können. Er hat uns eine Stadtrundfahrt gegeben und viel über die Gegend erzählt. Nach der Abreise hatten wir unser Essen im Kühlschrank gegessen. Es war ein Feiertag, an denen die Geschäfte geschlossen hatten. "I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel.

"Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine."
