"The riad is stunning - it felt more like a homestay than a hotel in ways and we were a bit far out but you still get great value for your money - the room we stayed in (Yasmine) was very spacious and split over 2 floors - not very polished but loads of character to the place. Its a big mish mash of antiques and traditional moroccan home decor. If I visit fez again I would stay closer to the Bab Baljoud area as the riad is in a bit more of a local area - some people might love this but it can be...
