"The staff were exceptional!! They were kind to let us eat after arriving late at the end of a long day, even though the dining room closed 10 minutes before. The food was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. This was our favorite place we stayed on our 10 day trip to Germany."
"Beds were a bit uncomfortable, mainly due to the pillows and waking up with a stiff neck.
Apart from that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."
"Overall, the hotel was fantastic! Friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast! Rooms were large and very comfortable."
"You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the food, he was told he could not sit. We thought that was pretty weird. Outside of that with a short drive you were dear many things. We were there in summer, so not a lot going on at our resort and the surrounding area you would have to go to the next village over for most things."
"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpenblick in Austria. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, and one of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony, which made the stay feel especially relaxing.
The hotel also offers great parking facilities, which made arriving and leaving very convenient.
As I was fasting during my stay, I didn’t have the full breakfast, but the staff were incredibly thoughtful and prepared a breakfast plate for me, which I really appreciated. It was a very kind gesture and showed their excellent hospitality.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with friendly service, convenient parking, and stunning views. I would happily stay here again"
