"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort.
