It truly feels like a quiet sanctuary in the heart of Hilton. ​The Highlights: ​The Warm Welcome: A huge thank you to Magda and Mandy(helping with last minute sewing suppliesl! Their hospitality really sets this place apart. They are incredibly attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. ​The Rooms: Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. ​The Setting: Relaxing on the patio overlooking the garden was a highlight. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a quiet sundowner. ​Whether you are visiting for a school event or just need a getaway in the mist-belt, Gateside is the place to be. "Excellent unit with all amenities. A true home away from home and more. Staff are super attentive and ever obliging to assist to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as can be. Self catering units so you can prepare your own or they have an onsite restaurant/room service menu for the lazy days. Breakfast was superb with great options and well presented. The pleasure of having a “to go” option for early starts was really a blessing. The ambience and decor of the establishment was well thought of and blends in with the surrounding environment yet modern and attractive. Units are super clean and spacious. Location is perfect between Michaelhouse school and Nottingham road so makes travelling to either section a breeze. Once again a big thank you to the staff who made our stay so comfortable. We will most definitely be booking there again for our next visit to the area. Well done to all at the resort. "
