The hotel is only five minutes walk from the train station. There are some staircases before the entrance of the hotel, the receptionist lady helped me with my luggage. Overall it is good.

A great location! Not too far off the main walkway but far enough so very little noise. Great place to stay!

The location is great with only a short walk from the train station. Furniture and decor is very retro 70s but it was in working order and clean. Check in was via the hotel a bit further down but wasn't an issue and was a smooth process with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety on offer. Would stay here again and recommend.

Great central location. Clean and comfortable.

Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Reasonably priced and had a nice breakfast included. Close to everything in Zermatt including the train station and ski rental shop. Having the ski room was convenient, too.

Confy home base in Zermatt

Great room (with extra sitting area AND porch to sit out on to enjoy the view!) that was quite convenient to the main train station, Gornergrut Station, restaurants and shopping. Generous breakfast was tasty and a variety of options.

A short visit

We only slept 1 night and we set off very very early. The room were quite small, but it had everything you need. Also, the balcony compensate for the smaller room. The weather was nice so we had the dinner on the balcony. I wish I could stay longer.
