Great location. Afternoon tea and cakes a really nice touch and appreciated after a day of traveling. Lovely breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar area. Room decor was tired but it had what we needed for a nights stay. Bathroom very dated. Price felt high.

Hotel Butterfly was a simple five-minute walk from the Train Station in Zermatt... the room/ accommodations were lovely, including a beautiful large balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. (unfortunately there is no view of the Matterhorn from this property--- which we anticipated when we booked) The hotel has a nice afternoon 'tea' for guests and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is beautifully decorated, including some lovely old tools, antiques of interest!
