Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter.

Decent stay

The place can be tricky to find. The heater in the room really takes some time to work; I was freezing for quite a while. The staff is really helpful. It was a decent stay and value for money.

The staff members really take pride in serving you and making sure you get the best service available. They coordinated both tours we took to the National Forest and the Famous Glass Bridge. We really enjoyed the hospitality they gave us. Great place to stay and close to everything. Thank you!

A simple hotel with a good location

This is a very simple place but within a walking distance to the bus station (if you plan to travel to the Z (...) National Forest park. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke English. Overall, your will a good value for this inexpensive place.

Отель больше напоминает студенческое общежитие, только с меньшими удобствами. Пять этажей, без лифта и отделки стен. Туалет, раковина, душ в одном месте. С душа вода льется на бочок и раковину. Комната очень маленькая. Шумно, слышно сильно как самолёты садятся. Персонал тупой и не отзывчивый.

Very comfortable and staff are very freindly. They explain to us how to get in the theme park. What are the easiest way to get there. They have free laundry on the rooftop with free soap. I will definitely recommend this place for budget travellers.

Incredible Staff!! We only stayed one night, but they were very welcoming on arrival, and helpful. we spoke chinese but they appeared to speak a fair amount of English. When we were ready to leave we were able to leave our bags during the day - we got back later than expected and needed to book a cab to wulingyuan, one of the staff called a friend who was a driver and arranged this for us for a fair price. Incredible! It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, off the main road a bit but easy enough to get to. Easy to get to the Tianmen mountain cable car by foot - 15 minutes' walk or so. hotel is quite modern and nice - bathrooms have classic shower over toilet setup, but that should be expected. room was small but had a nice feel to it.

Difficult to find, but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great value for the price! Excellent recommendations for siting seeing, Tianmen Mountain was a highlight of our trip to China!

Very close to Tianmen Mountain

The location is very good if you want to visit Tianmen Mountain but is no so beautiful. The staff is wonderful!!! They help us at all and can speak English.
