First time for everything

The hotel was very nice but they never received my hotels.com booking. It was already booked and paid for but they had no record of it. First time experiencing this issue. Had to speak to hotels.com to resend the reservation. Hotels.com was apologetic resolved it and also gave me a voucher for the trouble.

not good

restaurante closes at 9:00pm, on menu very few options (others they could not make because chef wasn't in the house), broken glass on the floor. Due to these points my grade is low for this hotel
