First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

"The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up. "Très bon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein centre de Verone ce qui était très pratique avec les enfants. La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible...
