"We only stayed one night, but the experience was so good we could imagine staying over a longer period. The reception was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very nice size and very clean. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Gölcük Tabiat Parkı (also recommended) and the taxi driver also did everything to make our visit to the Park great. Thank you Rosa Therapy Hotel for making our visit to your beautiful country so nice! James and Evy"

"Reception situation not great. It looks a little tatty and you have to phone the receptionist if they are not there at booking in time. Noisy at night when people come upstairs. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Breakfast area lovely but could have done with a selection of fruit and perhaps cooked-to-order eggs. Having a toaster was excellent. All in all great value."

"Beautiful hotel in an old Ottoman house. The terrasse gives a partial view of the mountains and the lake which is absolutely stunning. Service was great and dogs are allowed which is wonderful! The staff was very happy to give a bit of love to my Yorkshire. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway."

"As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."

"The snow conditions were the best we have had on our previous visit. But I think its time the equipment was updated for the skiing, as several of the boots are unservisable and asking people to use broken pieces of equipment isn't good enough and dangerous."
