"We first stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and loved it so much, we returned. Rooms were clean and spacious with views of the lake. Good selection for breakfast, plenty of parking on site and only a few minutes drive to the centre. "

"We had a wonderful welcome by Pappadopoulos at the front desk. He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room. The room was perfect in every way. Very good breakfast. Excellent service. We're definitely going back in the near future. "

"I loved the location and how big the room was. We had booked a suit with see view, however see view was minimal. The room wasn’t very clean, we found leftover fruit in the fridge from previous guest and kettle was full of scale, it was so dirty that we actually had to go out and buy white vinegar in order to clean it as we were boiling water for our baby. The cot provided initially was broken and the base had to be changed to one that was okay. We had booked half board, food was tasty, however not many choices available and we did end up to eat out more than half of our stay. In general it was just okay but left us disappointed, not even once we were asked if everything was alright or if there was anything else that we would need. I wouldn’t go back there, I would prefer to have spend a bit more money and choose one of the hotels by the beach. "

"The Astoria Hotel is perfectly located directly opposite the port—ideal if you need convenient access. Upon entry, the air-conditioned foyer felt cool and luxurious. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, with strong air conditioning and large, well-appointed bathrooms. The hotel is situated right next to several restaurants and cafes, and there’s convenient parking available at the rear. I would definitely stay at the Astoria Hotel again and highly recommend it."

"After days in the nature, pool was a real treatment. Breakfast very good . One little thing to improve in breakfast- I think the coffee (latte) should be free of charge. Everything else was wonderful!!!!"
