Ziway is a bit rough around the edges. Given the choice again we'd stay in Langano Sabana Beach resort for longer and skip Ziway. It's OK, just Sabana Beach and the much cleaner Lake Langano puts it in shade.

"On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer ..."

Good apartment-hotel
"Good place fir the price. All around, very resourceful and cooperative staff. Safe and secure place. However, neighbourhood doee not look safe place to walk during night time. Note the place is hotel-apartment, and it does not have basic hotel amenities such as restaurant , bar...free breakfast included. ..."

Kind, helpful, and communicative staff.
"Communication with the staff was outstanding throughout the entire process. Due to flight cancellations we needed to change our itinerary a couple of times. The staff was responsive, flexible and very helpful."
