"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mr. Lucas, who looked after us during our half-board dinner. He was incredibly helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back again."
