"Excellent location close to everything. Staff are first class in every respect. Nice buffet breakfast with outside seating on the patio but it fills up fast on nice mornings. Short walk to many restaurants. About the only downside was the 32 euros per night to park. I had a single room. It was small but then its Europe. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"

"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."

"Beautiful property and location. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Vistamare breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and beach area are well kept and inviting. The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure."
