"Didn’t like how once I got there the power went out and didn’t come back on for 2 hours"

"It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!"
