I bestilling var det opplyst at utsjekk var klokken 12.00, mens vi på overnattingstedet fikk beskjed om utsjekk klokken 11.00. Her må Hotels.com bli bedre på hva som gjelder. Negativt var at leilighet var veldig dårlig utstyrt med kjøkken artikler."

"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "
