"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. "Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. "The room, bedsheets and furniture were all clean and free of stains. The bathtub plug wasn’t working properly. During our day, it was quite the heat wave so we had to leave the balcony door open to enjoy some airflow."

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Raddisson Blue. The room was clean and had a slight mountain view! We hadn’t realised we could access the spa facilities with our stay so this was a nice surprise upon arrival. Our only complaint is that the aircon doesn’t go lower than 19 degrees and isn’t very powerful so it was quite warm at night. Excellent location for walking into the town and getting buses/ walking to the hiking routes."

"The room was clean, with a clear view of the mountains. We stayed on the third floor. We also used the pool, hot tub, and the sauna after our hike to Morskie Oko which was a short 20 min drive away. The staff was excellent and met or exceeded our needs in our 2 night stay. The breakfast was great with a variety of food, and lots of coffee and tea options. Would recommend to a friend or family to stay here."

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals. The rooms were nice but very dated. If you go when the weather is cooler, you will be fine, but it is good to know for the warmer months, there is no air condition in the rooms. If you sleep with the window opened, there are cars and street noise. They did bring us a fan, but when the temperature rises to the 80s... you may want a room with AC. The shower was tiny. My husband took a shower in the locker room at the pool and it had plenty of room. It's a wonderful place to stay, just be aware of the AC situation. Also, The Brooklyn Brewery next door is an excellent place to eat! The food is wonderful and you get huge portions. The staff was also friendly."
