Par contre, une partie de cette chambre n’était pas fermée, donc le bruit de la réception et la fraîcheur de la nuit étaient un petit irritant. La nuit, il faisait froid dans les chambres! Un excellent déjeuner est inclus, et servi sur une terrasse directement avec vue sur le lac, un gros wow! Les employés étaient très gentils et serviables. "

"I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The location is beautiful. Breathtaking views. I prefer a more laid back and quiet vibe. Kula Maya and the town of San Marcos provided that. But when my group and I wanted to have more of an outing, San Pedro was a short ferry ride away. It felt so remote and convenient all at the same time. On top of that, one of the members in our group suffered from appendicitis in the middle of the night on our first night's stay here. We were so scared and the night security guard went out of his way to find us a tuk tuk driver to drive us to the hospital in San Pedro. Following the initial emergency, all the staff at Kula Maya were so attentive to our needs. They were ready to arrange transport for us at a moments notice. I cannot say enough positive things about Kula Maya. Just book your stay here, I promise you won't regret it. It was better than anything we could have imagined. Thank you for a memorable stay Kula Maya! We love you!"

"Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake. I feel the state of the pool and bridge over the pool should be updated. I thought it was a larger property than it was. Loud music playing by the pool and heard in the rooms until after midnight. "
