Hotel was good for a short stay. Very close to the airport and bus stop just outside the door to take to airport in less than 10 mins. Room was clean. The air conditioning lacked power, and our room was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again for short one night if leaving to go to airport. Cute restuarant around the corner, area felt safe and no issues.

Room was sound proof, modern, clean, comfortable temperature and bed very comfy, large tv if you that is what you are into, like why if I’m Switzerland but ok, water pressure in large shower was great too, staff very helpful and accommodating, a bit of hike (only 20 minutes) by foot but great training for the hiking you will do while visiting the alps. Will definitely come back here😁

Friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Great location right next to the airport. I wish the parking was free but unfortunately you have to pay to use their parking garage.

The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again.

The hotel is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the airport terminal and it is much less expensive than the two hotels that are located at the terminal. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The staff was not especially friendly and in one case had trouble accessing some amenities that are kept under lock and key. The property is very good in its location as an airport hotel and the room itself was the best on my 27 day trip, the night before I came home. So I have mixed feelings but am willing to give the hotel a second chance.
