The hotel and rooms were nice . Close to bus and train station . They do not provide airport shuttle at all . There is an adjacent fitness park which is a third party site and you have to pay 33 euro per person to use it for gym, pool or sauna per day . There is a mall with grocery store , cafes , clothing stores and restaurants right next door which makes it very convenient too

Traveling with children, this hotel was welcoming, clean, safe, and close to the bust station, not far from the main city and meeting place for excursions via bus or Uber, was right near a mall plaza with grocery stores and restaurants, was very family friendly. The breakfast buffet had an array of bread, fruit, hot food, cheese, coffee options every day unlike an American continental breakfast. The room service was reasonably priced and convenient. Housekeeping was timely and caring. The staff we encountered in the restaurant and front desk and housekeeping were all kind and professional and helpful. Yeliz at the front desk was wonderful. The hotel even had little details that helped such as letting us use an umbrella and a power converter, which we did not have. Across the street of the hotel you could experience the Swiss locals and culture as families did outdoor biking, scooters, sat at cafes, played chess and piano.

The hotel room was very comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities we could need. We did experience a few issues, there was a lot of mould in the shower for which the hotel sent a technician to scrub and bleach it out the very next day, then sometimes the housekeeping would forget to replace one or other towel or then the complimentary water bottles. However, each time I raised a request to resolve something the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I was very glad. Its a very nice, clean hotel with delicious catering for breakfast and dinner, situated right next to a shopping centre which was essential. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for any stay in and immediately around Zurich. Special shout out to Eugene, Joel and Yeliz. Thank you very much indeed for making the stay comfortable, pleasant and well looked after

Great place to stay at. A bit for from the city of Zurich but the bus station is right in front of the hotel so it is easy to commute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us figure out our broken luggage, and the staff member who was always greeting us for breakfast in the morning.

The room was adequate for a needs of two queen beds and the convenience of a small refrigerator and even a lockbox and the air conditioner was really good. I didn’t like that. They were literally had no amenities such as a pool or fitness room. They have an affiliation with a fitness center. That’s like attached to the hotel where you have to pay 55 Frank per person per day, which is insane. There is a shopping center next-door to the hotel, which is convenient with a couple of grocery stores and a few dining options but other than the grocery stores, the rest was useless for me. There is a bank with the ATM machine where you can use your ATM card to get Swiss francs. This hotel is not central and I took a while to get anywhere via train or Uber, but not too bad.. There’s a yummy Thai restaurant very tiny just a quarter of a mile walk from the hotel. Overall, this hotel me needs, but if I were to come back to Zürich, I probably would stay more central. Staff for otherwise very helpful when we needed anything, including extra towels.. I didn’t like that we were stuck in an elevator, and when I tried pressing the alarm and the sound was buzzing apparently no one heard it at the reception desk. I felt very claustrophobic was in there a few minutes, and thankfully, Customer had opened the elevator to go to his room and found us stuck there on the first floor.. the elevator does not go anywhere without using your key card yet strangely the elevator had closed And we were stuck

Comfortable and convenient staying

Good value for money. Even though it is a bit far from city center you can still reach it in less than half an hour as you have easy access to public transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
