The hotel is convenient, nothing fancy, but clean and nice staff. A block away from the lake front which is so beautiful to walk. No gym on site, but very conveniently close to a gym that is fabulous that guests are allowed to use! We had breakfast and drinks in the restaurant and everything was great!

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.

A most wonderful hotel in a terrific neighborhood within walking distance of the lake. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower and enough room for a stool was accommodated two sinks and plenty of good quality towels. The staff was delightful, prompt and super efficient. Room and maid service were excellent. Breakfast at CH 42 seems expensive .But for us it is THE Go -TO address in Zurich. Poor Quality Hotel, Stay Away from this One

Stay Away from this hotel. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel, not the 5-star listed here. There is no air conditioning to speak of, rooms were at best at 27 degrees C at night. The staff is wonderfully polite though, but would be good if they would not lie about not being able to fix the air conditioning and rooms not being ready -- when the rooms actually were ready. Overall, a poor quality hotel and no reason to stay here if you have other choices.

Déja pas de service porter / voiturier etc à l’arrivée 20h, room 2 lits réserve par erreur, changement en king en downgrading de 21 â 15m2 sans récompense ni geste commercial. Pour le service il y a mieux pas loin. Si non, placement idéal pour tout activité. Parking sur place(!) et excellent petit déjeuner.
