We stayed there for 5 days. Great location and very nice stay. We enjoyed downstairs hotel restaurant food and kids loved their fries and pasta. Close to Tram station and open area for kids to play or walk in front of hotel. We will definitely go back there again.

A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed.

Overall hotel is excellent and 1 minute walk from Metro Station and 6th Stop you will get off at HB Station ..... breakfast is great but some expensive stuff they refill very late which break our eating tempo .... I personally like this hotel . Stayed with family for vacation . Coops is 7 minute walk ..... Turkish foods in 5 minute walk . Zurich always safe .

Our stay here was ok. We had three nights total- two at the start of the trip and one at the end. Both times we were given rooms with strong odors. The first smelled like wet dog. They didn't have an alternative room to give us, so we had to tough it out. At the end of our trip, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That time they were able to give us another room. There was a lot of garbage and dirty dishes piled in the hallways of the floor we were staying on, and the hallways are very dark in general. The main floor is very nice and light. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the courtyard you can choose to eat in is very sweet. The neighborhood itself is not great- sort of drab and very concrete, but once we figured out the trams it wasn't too bad to get into the heart of the city. All of the staff was helpful, and our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool after our long flight.

The rooms are nice and clean lovely breakfast, as a Filipina I was pleased to see rice on the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were absolutely brilliant, however breakfast staff are not so friendly. I requested a hard boiled egg but it never arrived, i waited a long time and asked again and they gave soft boiled egg.
