The appartement was well located. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were OK. The living room was dirty, with a funny scent. Matress in the main room was not for adults. Blanket was of a small size for 2 adults. Les mégots de cigarettes sur les escaliers.

The apartment is in a really bad condition. There was mold growing in the bathroom, the sink was clogged, and it smelled! The neighborhood was also rough with a lot of shady corners and loud cafes. There is no onsite property management to complain to, or try to change the unit.

Could not find the actual room - no instructions given that this was a room accessed from the outside of the building - when it was clearly marked as an apartment. Entrance door hinge was broken, door lock broken (not locking) and no wifi instructions - will never stay here again and will give them a zero rating on Google as well.

Not very much recommend.

No body is there in the property. Only phone communication but still they don’t answer properly. Rude behavior if you call more times. No room cleaning service. My stay time bathroom was full of water instead of complaining also no response.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Wohnung roch es jedoch nach Rauch (sollte eine nichraucher Wohnjng sein) und die Möbel waren zum Teil defekt. Zudem wurde uns die Wohnung für 5 Personen Angeboten. Es hat jedoch nur 2 Doppelbette.

Die Unterkunft stinkt übel nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Bettsofa ist unbequem und hatte keine Bettwäsche. Es ist lärmig, da direkt nebenan eine Bar und ein Parkplatz liegt. Zudem kann der Wohnraum nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden.

Non c'è limite al peggio

Una sorta di camera negozio fatta di vetrate trasparenti con porta di vetro trasparente zero privacy come grande fratello. Cattivo odore. Polvere e sporco. Ho pagato per 3 persone ma i letti e servizi erano per 2 persone. Nessun referente nessun aiuto. Fuori la porta trasparente di notte di tutto di piu. Scappati via.

We booked the hotel for 5 people and it only had beds for 4. Our son had to sleep on the tiny couch with a comforter and no pillow. It was unusually hot as well and there is no air conditioning (which we knew) but also not fans. Rooms were horribly hot until 4am

Keycode wurde erst Abends um 21:55 gesendet, check-in konnte nicht vorher gemacht werden. Kein Anruf war möglich. Hinweis auf eine bediente Reception in anderem Hotel erwies sich als Falschinformation. Zimmer war unsauber, kaputter Tisch, defekte Lampen etc.

This apartment is in the same building as a smoking lounge at the ground floor. This meant the corridors stank of cigarette smoke every single day. My children had to breathe this in which is unacceptable and simply disgusting. Had I known this at the time of booking, I would never have stayed here. Also, this property requires you to travel with all cleaning products and materials to clean the property if you stay there. There was no sponge or cloth to wash dishes, no soap or cleaning products for the dishes, kitchen, etc. So plan on buying these if you want to stay here - this apartment is ill equipped. I stay at many properties of this type, and I have never found one to be as lacking as this one. Oh, and there is no elevator either - so if you have children plan on hauling all your pushchairs and other items up and down the steps every single time you go out the door.

Die Duschbrause war undicht. Die Unterkunft war sehr lärmig, mit dem offenem Fenstern zu schlafen war fast unmöglich. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern einkindern nicht geeignet, weil es kein Lift gab und das Zimmer zuoberst war.

There are bars downstairs that smoke illegal stuff, the back door of the bars communicate to the stairs of the appartments, no safety at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We felt unsafe, it was not very clean and did not have any air conditioning. It was an awful stay.

Großes Appartement im Partyviertel

Das Appartement wurde von Expedia für 5 Personen empfohlen. Es gab aber nur Bettzeug und Wäsche für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist nur für 3 Personen eingerichtet, und auf keinen Fall „vollständig“ wie in der Beschreibung. Die Möbel waren zum Teil demoliert (Bett & Schrank). Das Appartement liegt direkt über mehrere Shisha-Bars. Lüften hatte zur Folge, dass der Geruch von den Bars auch in den Schlafräumen war. Dazu die Lautstärke: der Bass war so extrem laut, dass wir nicht wirklich schlafen konnten. Es gibt keine Parkplätze vor Ort!!!
