"If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. It's like visiting a concept room in IKEA. The location cannot be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants, the rivers, and night clubs. Great place for car and people watching. :)"

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "

"This was our first stop on our honeymoon after a long day of travel; the front desk staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly. The hotel upgraded us and the room was charming - they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit, and the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended (despite it being booked out). It’s been a great experience all around. The hotels location is extremely convenient if this is your first time visiting. It was a two minute walk from the main station (you’ll see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the Main Street). It’s very centrally located. The rooms are clean and the valet very helpful.The restaurant was also quite nice. "
