"Location location location! 10 minute walk from the central station, and a 20 minute walk to the cruise terminal! Perfect location for a short stay when getting on a cruise.
Add to this a room that is comfy, a nice size and spotless clean. Comfy bed with nice linens, a modern spacious bathroom with a large shower and loads of hot water.
Hotel was pretty damned impressive, then add the smiling faces of the friendly staff who were ever eager tor please. Our stay face exceeded our expectations!

"The Hotel was close to the train station, across the street. We were trading through Europe by train so this made it very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful."

"Steep steps into the building, I ended up using the ramp. Check-in needed ID which I think could have been done via the app in advance. Enjoyed the room although some corridor noise, a second door from the hall or a better room door would have been good. If you are disturbed very much depends on the other guests. Some parts of the hotel looked unfinished but I think this might have been the 'look'. Bed comfortable enough.
Restaurant downstairs was good service but average food. Not much in the immediate area but close to the Metro."

5/5 Excellent
"Centrally located. Nice room and EXCELLENT breakfast. Only negative was the check in. We asked if we could change from 2 twins to a double and also didn’t need the parking but were told we couldn’t change what we had booked. Also, 2 of us in line waiting and front desk clerk kept taking phone calls instead of helping those of us in front of him."

"Swimming pool was great unfortunately not all people behave properly but that is a question of education is not the hotels fault.
I can recommend this hotel"
