"The room was nice, but old… obviously. We were there in December and the bathroom window wouldn’t close all the way so the bathroom was very cold. The staff is very friendly, best place to stay in Cape May during the Holidays. "

The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived; they were super attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our whole trip. The cleanliness was honestly what really set this hotel apart. Our room was spotless, and the room service was next level, going above and beyond to make our beds and clean the space perfectly every single morning. It was awesome to start the day feeling so refreshed and pampered! If you're looking for a luxurious and well-run beachfront spot, we couldn't recommend the Icona more."

"Everything was great except breakfast was just too slow. Had it not been for Helen, we would have been ignored by the other server. They seemed to be short staffed and didn’t take notice on guests waiting to be seated. Had to ask for a later check out due to the timing in the restaurant. "
