"The Bajamar is an excellent hotel, positioned in quiet place within an easy walk to the centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. My only slight criticism is that the attached cafe and bar closes at 3pm in late September until the end of the session. So you aren't able to take a drink up to your room as you prepare to go out in the evening. Other options are nearby but it would nice to go downstairs and take a coffee or beer back to your room. "We had an excellent stay at this family run hotel. The breakfast was basic however it met our needs as we don’t eat much back home at breakfast time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site and we had a wonderful meal in very nice surroundings. Beware you need to book ahead for the restaurant."

"The hotel is well situated, just off the pedestrian street and about 2 lines back from the beach promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. The room was clean, spacious and had a good size balcony overlooking a side street. The reception staff spoke excellent English and could provide information if needed. The only small negative point is that the tea/coffee supply is a “welcome gift” and not necessarily replaced. Definitely worth making “friends” with housekeeping!! We will happily return."
