"Hotel review – Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable: This hotel is in a catastrophic state and has absolutely nothing to do with a 4-star standard! The rooms are hopelessly outdated, bathrooms and rooms are only superficially cleaned – limescale deposits everywhere, dirty, dull mirrors, and dirty corners you'd rather not see. "Great amenities, good service and lovely room. The dinner buffet had a wonderful grilled selection, but the breakfast could be improved. The floor in the room was a bit dirty and the door had a little trouble closing."
