"Pros: Great location. Overlooking the strip and the beach. Right down the street from Hampton Beach Ballroom Casino. Close to restaurants, Heated pool. Kitchenette in room. Cons: Maintenance/upkeep needs to be done on amenities in room. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. The lights keep going on and off. The bathroom needs a new toilet. Their attempt to fix the toilet was to duct tape the place where the water goes into fill. It had come out and started leaking water all over the floor when you try to flush it. My husband fixed it but the toilet was moldy and gross inside, Shower was large but needs updating. If you are paying good money to stay in a room you don't want to be sketched out by using the bathroom."
