Terracotta ’suite’ is a basement with very little natural light, furniture and decor is amateurish, bed was like a futon, no additional pillows or duvet/blanket available. One small bottle of water provided for two guests, breakfast was a total waste of money - no milk just soy/oat, yogurt, nuts and croissant. Absolutely not worth €12. Would never recommend.

Très joli hôtel avec de magnifiques suites décorées avec soin, central dans le centre de Venelles et proche d’Aix en Provence Direction et personnel flexibles et à l’écoute Il n’y a pas de réception mais le Check in est très simple avec la machine

Le séjour était moyen, aucun rideau pour fermer la baie vitrée, qui était d’ailleurs cassée et qu’on ne pouvait pas verrouiller, du coup de la luminosité et de la lumière avec les voitures toute la nuit dans la chambre, le petit frigo qui faisait un boucan terrible… La nuit fut donc mémorable!

L’isolation sonore laissait à désirer : nous entendions nos voisins du dessus comme s’ils étaient dans la même pièce. De plus, le robinet gouttait légèrement. Cela dit, notre nuit dans cette chambre a été excellente. La décoration est charmante, avec une salle de bain en pierre très élégante. Le petit balcon, joliment aménagé, invite à la détente, et le lit est d’un confort remarquable. Une adresse pleine de charme, idéale pour une escapade agréable malgré quelques petits défauts.

chambre très sombre on a dû allumer les lumières en plein jour, pas de fenêtre, froide, chauffage ne fonctionne pas, on a eu froid la nuit, déçue, en plus ce n'est pas la chambre que j'ai choisi sur le site, très déçue. le petit déjeuner moyen ;( est à 12,50 pas de Réception sur place, client autonome ( dommage), par contre l'accueil d'une charmante dame au petit déjeuner était sympa

Hôtel dans le centre de Venelles.Chambres agréables dans une maison typique du sud, grande salle de bain, grand salon, extérieur très jolis, très bon petit déjeuner. L’hôte nous a permis de rester une heure de plus, merci.

Belle surprise

Hôtel adorable, tout proche centre ville et commodités. Arrivée en autonomie surprenante, mais relativement facile. La chambre était parfaite, bien équipée, très propre, mieux que nous l'avions imaginé. Salle de bain impeccable, fonctionnelle, avec une grande baignoire, au top pour se détendre. Parking gratuit et bien situé, même si nécessite quelques minutes de marche. Proximité avec Aix-en-Provence idéale.

Beau séjour

Établissement atypique, proposant des suites originales, rénovées avec goût et dans le respect de la maison d'origine. Ici rien d' ostentatoire dans la décoration mais beaucoup d'harmonie et de quiétude règnent dans les chambres. Personnel sympathique et efficace, literie impeccable, propreté générale au rendez vous. Seul bémol, le petit réfrigérateur de la chambre, arrivé au bout de sa vie, mais je crois qu'il va être changé bientôt !

Suite terracota bien différente des photos....

Suite Terracotta , celle de la photo : en réalité, donne directement sur la rue, qui plus est en travaux. Cela doit être une ancienne cave, avec salle de bain dans un scellier au fond, avec aération sommaire, salpêtre aux murs, électricité très limite, insonorisation très mauvaise avec au dessus. Pas de wifi dans cette chambre sombre et humide
