Charming place

Qara Otel was so cute. They have done a great job decorating and it was a very inviting atmosphere. Our check-in experience/requesting recommendations for restaurants was a little tough because of the language barrier, but I think they are trying. Probably through no fault of their own, the bathroom/jacuzzi area smell. I think there must be an issue with the pipes. Breakfast was delightful and once I met an English speaker he was very nice. We were there in October which is the start of the off season. In summer this place would likely be firing on cylinders and its location gives it excellent views in calm surrounds while still allowing you to walk to the nearby beach/nightlife.

Küf kokusundan yatamadık

Otel konum olarak merkeze 3-4 dakika. Bize verilen oda alt kattaydı ve küf kokusundan rutubetten nefesiniz kesildi.

Öncelikle bizim eşimle amacımız şehri akşama kadar gezip geceleri uyumak için kullanacak bir otel aradığımız için fiyat performans açısından uygun geldi ve buraya tercih ettik. Odaların dizaynı teras gayet güzel ve kullanışlı fakat odada balkon ya da büyük bir pencere olamaması kötü olmuş. Çarşaflarda 8-10 tane kadın saçı vardı bu durum hiç hoşumuza gitmedi haliyle, odadaki gider kokusundan odada duramadık. Buna bir çözüm bulunursa ve temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilirse çok iyi olacaktır.

Oda tertemizdi yatak konforluydu sadece havasız ve tuvaletten muazzam bir lağam kokusu geliyordu. Tuvaleti olabildiğince açmamaya çalıştık. 1 gece kaldığımız için önemsemedik ama duş bile almadan ayrıldık.

Öncelikle gitmeden aradık kendilerini ve güzel bir yol tarifiyle ulaşımımızı kolaylaştırdılar, otopark hizmeti sunmaları cunda gibi bir tatil bölgesi için mükemmel bir detay. Kahvaltıları lezzetliydi gerçekten terasta deniz manzarası eşliğinde yapabilirsiniz :) Odalar konforlu, temiz ve güleryüzlü bir hizmet sunuyorlar. Kesinlikle bir daha gidersem tercih edebilirim. Önerilir :)

Temiz ve son derece rahat konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel olmasının yanında konum olarak da çok iyi bir yerde. Kahvaltılar da akşam yemekleri de son derece lezzetliydi. Otel müdürü Köksal Bey hem çok ilgili hem de fazlasıyla nazikti kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim.

Ses, temizlik, lokasyon, teknik sıkıntılar

Köksal Bey'in naifliği, güler yüzü sayesinde güzel karşılandık. Odamız hazır olduğunda aranarak haber verildi. Oda gayet temizdi bir sorun yoktu fakat klozaet kapağı ve klozet oturma yeri kırıktı. Akan su sıcağa çevirmemize rağmen soğuk akıyordu, uzun süre bekleyip biraz ısınsa bile beş dakika sürmeden soğuğa geçiyordu. Resepsiyonda duran başka bir beyefendiye söylediğimizde "Evet öyle bir sorun var, sezon dolayısıyla yaptıramadık." cevabı aldık. Dışardan odaya inanılmaz ses geliyordu. Kapının önünde görevlilerin yüksek sesle konuşmalarına maruz kaldık, üst katta yürüme sesleri konuşma sesleri direkt odamıza geçiyordu. Dışarıya çıkan kapının önünde iki sandalye vardı, bize ait olduğu ama personelin de dinlenme alanı olarak kullandığı söylendi bunda bir problem yok fakat ikinci gün o alanı kullanmak için kapıyı açmak istediğimizde temizlik görevlilerinin başka odaların temizliğini yapıp kirli poşetlerini kapımızın önüne koyması sebebiyle o kapıyı kullanamadık. Çoğu zamanda da personelin olması sebebiyle perdemizi açarak da oturamadık odada açıkçası. Odada rutubet kokusu da mevcuttu. Odaya askılık yapılmış fakat astığımız hiçbir şey ertesi güne kurumadı bile. Seyahatimizden memnun kaldığımız tek şey Köksal Bey'in tavrı ve güler yüzü oldu. Lokasyonu iyi, Cunda çarşıya beş dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü samimiydi. Otelin konumu ve ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Eksilerine gelecek olursak kapılar sıkıntılıydı, kitlenmediği sürece sertçe kapanmazsa kendiliğinden açılıyor, güvende hissettirmedi. Banyo temiz değildi. Tuhaf bir koku vardı nedeni ne bilmiyorum. Her seferinde günlük su hakkımızı kendimiz istemek zorunda kaldık, oda temizliği istemediğiniz sürece yapılmıyor. Kendi sınıfındaki otellere göre kahvaltı yetersizdi. Yinede genel mânâda fiyat performans diyebiliriz.

Otelim konumu gayet iyi Çumra çarşıya 4-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, otopark olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı, adanın sokakları dar olsuğu için park etme sorunu yaşamadık. Otelim kahvaltısı başarılı. Odaların düzeni iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar bir daha gelsem konaklarım Teşekkürler
