Unfortunately there were mold on the sink, the floors were very dusty and had pet hair/fur near the couch, the curtains were both broken, there were only 3 towels in a room that fits 6. Good location Breakfast very poor The kitchen utensiles are very basic, an improvement may help to make stay better if you plan to cook. I had to buy wine cups, better knife for cutting, more forks may help.

This was a last minute stay and the price was right. The room was relatively clean (kitchen area floor looked like it needed to be mopped). The curtains didn’t close completely so we had to get creative to make sure we had privacy. The beds were comfy and we had a good nights rest.

First of all Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, hotel was not cleaned at all, needs full overhaul, everything was limited We were 4 ppl and only given 3 small hand soap and 3 shampoo Absolutely, no breakfast even states - don’t believe it ( couple gronala bar, small muffins that’s all you get) Room cleaning only occurs above 14 days stay So don’t expect to be cleaned your room if you stay less than 14 days- ridiculous! Once again- staff was good and very helpful. I would not recommend this facility as it was everything was limited.

Great For Disney and Convention Center

Perfect location between the Orlando Convention Center and the Disney Parks! We really just used the room for sleeping and the accommodations were above average. Friendly staff and clean (despite the current remodeling taking place).

Parking was easy. Late check in was easy. Request for hairdryer was easy. Room could have been a little cleaner but do not affect stay. Curtains did not shut all the way and let in too much light. That was the biggest ding for us.

The room was nice and clean but it wasn't handicap accessible for my husband. So we had to keep leaving our room to take him to the bathroom in the lobby and we had to keep asking the guy working the front desk to open the bathroom for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and needed safety bars to hold on to use the bathroom and there were none in the bathroom in our room. Also, breakfast sucked. I never want to stay there ever again. I really want a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the lobby bathroom was so dirty.

Parking was good. Room size was great. Room looked outdated. Overall the place wasn't clean. Halls had lots of misc debris/trash. Ceilings looked to be leaking and trash cans setup. Found a hair in the bed. Towels had stains. Staff was nice. Other notes: Charged for room keys but fee is refundable if keys are returned. There is an early check-in fee.

The room was good. However, we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we checked in, they even informed us the hours for breakfast. Next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing! Only black coffee. We met other guests who said they have been there for a couple days and there was no breakfast at all. So disappointing!! Breakfast is not included and they shouldn’t be advertising it.
