Great location. They are remodeling which affected the evening social hour. And the current lounge area for breakfast was a bit dated and also not spacious enough. However, they appear close to having remodel finished. It will be really nice. Wonderful hotel at great price.

Situated close to ballpark, River, Hard Rock, excellent dining and a comfortable walk anywhere. This property is a city historical site since once it was part of the newspaper. Breakfast is plentiful for anyone with choices of hot delights, breads and pastries, cereals, waffles, fruit and juices, plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. You will not go hungry. The room was large and had a full refrigerator, and kitchenette with glasses and dishes. The shower spout was difficult to get to if you have short arms because the door gets in the way. It’s hard to reach without getting cold water on you. Not very well planned! Housekeeping never came to check on towels, trash or coffee , etc I had to go to the front desk several times to refresh my room’s needs. It was a good experience but will not return.

We really enjoyed the hotel and it was in a great area. We were able to walk to several restaurants for dinner and the Great American Ball Park. We had a large bedroom suite that worked perfectly for my family. My only complaint about the hotel room is there wasn't enough trash cans. With having kitchenette it would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen area. We only had one small one in the living room and one in the bathroom. We had to take larger trash items to breakfast to dispose of. We also were charged double for parking. We were charged by the hotel valet and then again by the parking garage. I called the hotel (and am still waiting to hear back) to resolve but ended up doing some research and connecting with the parking garage directly. After providing some receipts and screenshots, they were able to refund my credit card. Overall, we would stay here again.
