The parking wasn't applicable to me. The ac did exactly what it was placed to do. Really value for money, recommended for that perfect short-term stay. I must stay the staff is friendly and property well maintained

The facility is lovely and very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent. Rooms are basic but cozy and they are cleaned daily. At times, the internet could be unstable; in our case, only one of us was able to connect to wifi when we were in our room. Otherwise (in the main areas of the building) we both had access.The staff were able to communicate with us in English though it is not their main language. They were kind enough to assist us with charging our phones and calling a taxi so that we could get to our next destination. Overall, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple days ( e.g. when in transit). It is only 10 minutes away from the ferry/cruise ship terminal.

This is a reasonable priced, quiet and well maintained hotel/hostel located between the international airport and city centre of Fort de France. It took me just over an hour to walk to central Fort de France and the ferry terminal. The hotel has plenty of free secure parking for guests. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony offering a nice view of Mount Pelee. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was efficient, the wall mounted TV had several channels and there was plenty of closet space. The bathroom was large with excellent water pressure and copious amounts of hot water. The wifi reception was excellent. The hotel staff were all courteous, professional and English speaking. Breakfast was included for guests and it had lots of variety. The food available was fresh and delicious. The restaurant located on the main floor beside reception had excellent food during the set hours for lunch and dinner. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always enjoyed a good night’s sleep. All in all this was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort de France.

Although the images look good online, the rooms tell a different story! comfortable beds and well working a/c, however, there was no soap and no toilet paper in the bathroom; they were replaced with 2 small sachets of body shampoo and thin, short hand paper in a dispenser above the toilet bowl. The toilet seat was a misfit and towels were discoloured. Sensored light is not conducive for a toilet/bathroom, as when activated in the middle of the night, it stays on beyond 10 mins. There is no in-room safe,no fridge, no water/tea/coffee condiments and no iron/ironing board. The ladies toilet at reception smelled of urine for more than 1 hour after I reported it. The food was not appetising. I do not recommend this Hostel.

It is "not" a hostel as such. The rooms are comfortable and they all seem to have private bathroom. If you rent a car you are ok otherwise public transport is a bit difficult. The hotel has a cafeteria type restaurant but other restaurants or supermarket are far Between the airport and the city. Excellent reception service and especially from Mathieu

The description is over exaggerated. The place is clean but old. Towels were old. Breakfast was good. If you are looking for a cheap stay then this place is for you. I would rather pay a few more $. There's not much in the area other than by the marina, approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Overall it was a great choice for not expensive one night stay. The property itself is a little bit old, the towels need to be replaced. But it has everything you need especially we love balcony and a drying rack for our wet clothes after beach. Also included buffet was good with the lot of choice.
