The hotel looks new and high end, but lots of things inside the room make it look cheap, like poor bathroom finishings and dirty, ripped blinds. Plus there was hair all over the floor when I checked in (not the same colour as mine, so I know it was there before I got there). The breakfast is pretty bad, cold food that has no taste, poor selection, terrible, gross-tasting coffee - total disappointment. Pleasant staff and good location, but otherwise pretty meh and overpriced for what you get. I'd only recommend if you get a huge discount and don't pay for breakfast.

The room was good, if you like an open concept room. The shower is built for 2 but only a rainwater showerhead. Limited towels, no wash clothes. The bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was the ac, when it got fixed, it didn't cool down the room and you had to take the key with you so it didn't cool doen while out for dinner. Location has no transportation, alot of walking to a better area where there was lively entertainment and food.

Essentially a brand new and modern hotel. Located less than 3/4 of a mile from the middle of downtown Tunis. Easy to walk to Tunis Marine (about 20-minutes). Great staff!

The front desk of the hotel ripped us (a group of four travellers) off when we requested a van to take us to Tunis International Airport. The hotel staff made us pay 50 Dinars to him (rather than the taxi driver) when the ride should have cost no more than 20 Dinars according to the ride sharing apps. The vehicle that arrived was a small sedan (rather than a van) which barely accommodated us with our luggage. When we told the driver how much we had paid for the ride, he was shocked and could not believe the hotel’s dishonesty. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff tried to charge me more money than what was stated in my reservation through Expedia. The staff would not even listen to me. The staff did not even want to see my receipt from Expedia. They just keep insisting I must pay more money. The receipt clearly stated the amount I was to pay directly to the hotel. The staff keep insisting I pay more than that. I had to leave the hotel and call Expedia, who agreed with me, so Expedia then called the hotel and told them to stop demanding more money than what was agreed-upon through the reservation. Expedia is very good in disclosing exactly what must be paid to the hotel and whether there might be additional charges. In this case had the staff listened to me or had the staff been willing to look at my receipt, they could’ve avoided causing me a lot of stress. In the end, Expedia explained to me that the hotel had increased their rates without telling Expedia. The hotel finally agreed that I should not have to pay anything additional than what was stated on my agreed-upon reservation. But the staff was very rude by not listening and not looking at my receipt. The hotel is the one that works with Expedia so they should’ve contacted Expedia and worked it out instead of causing me stress and instead of demanding me to pay more than what was stated in my receipt for my reservation.
