Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.

excellent staff assistance, attractive, setting easy to get around the community. Unfortunately it was the coldest spell. We didn’t get into the pool, but glad it was there. Glad to know it was heated unfortunately shower curtain liner was not clean and there were some stains in the tub I think it was the finish on the tub some of the air vents needed dusting all in all good experience would stay again. In fact we had asked for two more weeks, but there was a glitch with the Vrbo computer that did not transfer our request.
