My partner and I do regular romantic staycations at Central Park Inn and we love it. The rooms are comfortable and unique and the staff we've met are lovely.
What a grand experience! The house was beautiful! Annette was our host, she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious! Location was perfect for visiting the local distilleries! We will be back….
Our stay here was excellent in every way! The owners were very sweet and went out of their way to assist us in every way, the rooms were very cozy, and the breakfasts were fantastic. This is the best B&B we've ever stayed.

Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.
The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and the park across the street was lovely. I especially enjoyed having coffee on the back veranda.

Both Grace on our first evening and Thomas on our last morning made us feel like guests, not customers. The room was lovely, but as I discussed with Thomas, for our next visit I will request a walk in shower for my knees. And I plan on staying there again. They took special care of me at breakfast and it was wonderful.
Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The “inn” was a lovely historic home that was furnished appropriate to the period, which added to its charm. The room was roomy and comfortable. And Susan, the innkeeper, was so kind and helpful!
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Susan!!
She was so friendly, helpful and very kind!!
She really made this place special. The fresh baked cookies were delicious.
The beauty of this historic property .... the walkable old neighborhood - recommend taking the walking tour to learn about the history of this area. Breakfast was wonderful and bedding comfortable.
Our stay was great, the breakfasts were unique, and the service was great. The only complaint was the VERY noisy A/C, which ran almost all the time during the night.
Absolutely beautiful property with wonderful staff. There is free street parking in front of the building, and apparently a free parking lot back (we just parked on the street). The building is across the street from Central Park and my partner and I loved waking up and going for a walk during our stay. Also, the breakfast was incredible. Overall, no complaints and would absolutely stay again.
Gorgeous property across the street from a lovely park. We had the Central Park Suite on the 3rd floor which was very comfortable with a king bed, large shower with a rain head, two wall jets and a handheld wand, and a jetted tub. Breakfast was tasty and light and the staff very responsive. I will def stay with them the next time I'm in Louisville!
Everything was amazing, but there are lots of stairs. If you love Victorian homes and bed and breakfasts, this place is for you. If you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the place. The food was great and I loved getting to walk around the park and see Shakespeare. It has modern touches like WiFi, air conditioning, and a bathroom in each room.
It was a great experience. The room was cozy and warm. Clean and set up beautifully. Felt welcoming and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend!
We booked this bed and breakfast for our 6 year anniversary and it was amazing! We had an idea that it was a Victorian era house but we didn’t know that the neighborhood the house is in holds the most Victorian houses in the country! Which made beautiful walks and atmosphere. The owners of the bed and breakfast were very helpful and sweet people it made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable. I personally loved the way you check in, the owners give an access code and then you get to explore the house and find your room. There are a few places in old Louisville that you can walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Overall we loved it! And we can’t wait to go back and book a different room!
