The property is beautiful with so many flowering bushes and trees. Rooms are always clean and have several items for convenience of guest. The staff goes above and beyond to please the guests. Just love how friendly the staff was how clean the room was how awesome the grounds were and all of the flowers and bushes and palm trees and just everything and so well maintained love the grass The whole property is just beautiful. The royal West Indies is unique because it is not a big property and you get to know all of the staff pretty much by name. Highly highly highly recommend the Royal West Indies and would stay there 100 times over.

Property is very well maintained. The rooms are super clean except the microwave, refrigerator , and washer and dryer were rusty and in need of deep cleaning. The hot water had to be run for a long time until it would not be orange color.
