This hotel is beautiful. Service is meh at best. Staff is unprofessional. Food is OK but not worth the money. Free breakfast is a joke as it will always be eggs and bread. Food choices are native and not international. Housekeeping barely exists.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. AC doesn’t really work. Staff is I knowledgeable when it comes to reservations and inclusions trying to charge you for things that come included in rooms. Cleaning staff came into the room after being told not to while we were out and ate snacks that we purchased and left in the room. Water was not working and it took several hours for them to even address it.
