Extremely outdated and dirty. Pull out sofa mattress had yellow stains all over and my son potentially got bed bugs. You could feel dirt or maybe beach sand on the floor so we wore our shoes consistently. It has potential but needs to be fully renovated and maintained a whole lot better. The view would’ve been incredible if they weren’t having a torrential downpour.

Had a great view I had read the reviews from 3 months ago. Front desk person was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean floor felt tackie,but I feel because of the ocean air. We had the slider door open Had plenty hot hot water and no bugs. The price was reasonable. Just coming off bike week. When rates double to almost triple. Everywhere not just this hotel. Will stay there agan.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The toilet was not even attached to the floor. Our beds were damp the room smelled of mold. It was not clean the furniture. It was coming apart because of all the moisture. Absolutely no ventilation. The only good part about this hotel was the view and the hot tub in the evening. Of course Daytona Beach is beautiful, but this hotel was nothing like we expected. The photos make it look nice and clean, but in reality, it is a moldy damp pit.

The gentleman that waited on me when i checked in was the best ever. He was so busy but yet he was calm and just as nice as he could be. My room was on the first floor but i really wanted upstairs and i hated to go back and bother him but with a smile he changed my room to upstairs. That is one of the reasons this is always my go to hotel in daytona beach. I never stay anywhere else when im in daytona.
