The hotel itself was decent, I liked that the room had a mini kitchen, super helpful for traveling with a baby. However the staff was rude and ignored my requests for towels and when I asked the trash to be taken out. The staff said they were so busy with checking new people in, but what about the people who were already staying there? I definitely think they were under staffed and it caused their customer service to lack tremendously

This Place Owns.

Staff was super chill and nice, rooms were awesome. I had the second-best room in the place (420. 69 would have been...Nice.) Perfect for getting away from my insane wife while she rants and raves all night. I feel like I'm off topic here... Anyhow, regardless of the life decisions that led me here, I can definitely say that if you end up here, you're pretty okay for the moment. Comfy and oh so soft. My only note really would be that I couldn't find the ice bucket but that's pretty just me.
