We had to have our door keys reset twice during our stay. Even the elevator went out one day. But the staff made everything alright, everyone was pleasant and apologetic when things weren’t going as planned.

The amenities were run down and not dealt with timely. For example microwave in room and common area were not working. Said there was supposed to be coffee all the time but not true. Only thing was place was clean enough to stay at.

Great staff. Clean. Affordable. Breakfast was minimal but a good grab and go. Vending machine was sold out of a lot of choices. No food close by. Had to go a few miles. Nothing within walking distance. No shopping nearby

The stay was mostly good. It was my first time ever at an Extended Stay so I didn’t know there wasn’t daily housekeeping service. There was a bit of a funky smell in our room, but not that bad. The breakfast looked like granola bars and oranges, so we never ate there. Overall I would give it a thumbs up.

Manager was unprofessional no customer service rude cussed me out, threatened to trespass me after I paid full amount for two nights started a recording. He got very quiet. Threw my clothes in the garbage without telling me or notifying me that there was an issue with my check-in lied to the police won’t refund me report it to corporate suing in process.

Good: 1. The refrigerator was impressively large — bigger than most places we’ve stayed. 2. The room size and bed comfort were definitely above average. 3. The location was very convenient — just a few miles from the freeway and close to a large shopping area. Not So Good: 1. The room door needed some serious muscle to open — I joked with my daughter that we might not make it to breakfast if we got hungry inside! 2. Breakfast was below standard and could use some improvement. 3. No in-room coffee setup; the front desk gave us a coffee machine, but we had to buy our own coffee supplies. 4. Only one trash bin, located in the bathroom (a bit inconvenient for other areas of the room). Summary: An okay stay overall — clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, and good value for the price. Just a few quirks to keep in mind. You get what you pay for!

Very Poor Management. Over booked and understaffed. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk. It was obvious that the guy at the front desk had more going on than one person could handle. Our reserved room was not ready on time. The guy at the front desk was told by somebody on the phone to give us another room, not knowing that it was already occupied. We actually walked in on somebody that already had the room. We were then asked to wait or return after a half hour or so while our reserved room was cleaned by the same guy that was running the front desk. On the second day our keys stopped working so we had to return to the front desk to get them reactivated where we listened to another customer be told that his reserved room was not ready.

The property was amazing, the desk staff were very courteous and nice. The kitchen in the room with a standard size fridge was awesome. The topper was the vanity light in the bathroom was big and wonderful. The shower head had good pressure. The relaxing recliner was not expected. All in all my wife and I had a great experience.

The management Alex is really not nice. We had to leave early because of a death in the family and he refused to issue a refund for the 2 nights we would not be able to stay. He couldn’t get off his phone to have a conversation with us. Blamed Expedia for not being able to refund us. When I called Expedia they had to check with Alex about the refund and he again refused to issue a refund.
