Room is clean and spacious. But I will say extremely noisy. There's a large gap under the door and we got to listen to Doors slamming shut all night. Also not very well insulated. Could hear everybody walking upstairs. If you were a light sleeper, definitely ask for an upstairs room not right next to the elevator or utility room

My husband and I booked this hotel because it was very close to a church we were visiting. It was Memorial Day weekend and all other hotels nearby were going for twice as much. This property was a great price, had surprisingly good reviews and had the "studio" set-up we enjoy (kitchenette, small couch and tv area). I have to say, what a bargain and a gem! Super clean, very attentive front desk staff, and the room had everything I appreciate--comfy bed, lots of good lighting, a roomy bathroom, good shower (high spout that tall people might appreciate), a good tv, several full length mirrors, plenty of outlets, a good iron, bright lighting in the bathroom. The property seems to be very new so everything was spanking clean, including the grounds. If you like carpeted in rooms, these rooms have luxury tile, the pillows flattened to almost nothing (so bring a spare if you like to prop up), and there is no breakfast service. But for the money, this place is 5 stars!

It was surprisingly spacious, chic, comfortable, and clean. Would absolutely stay there again. Plus, they welcomed my dog and the pet fee was only $10.00. No breakfast that I was aware of, because there was a full kitchen, with an air fryer and everything, so I believe they expected you to make your own : ). I also appreciated the terrific water pressure and sleek bathroom.

I am not one to complain, but I am also not one to lie. I checked out a full day early and I have zero regrets about it. The moment I walked in I had to break out my sanitizing wipes and go surface by surface, switch by switch, door handle by door handle, because the room was simply not clean. Not “travel clean.” Not even “I tried” clean. There were fingerprints on everything, crusted residue on the walls, stains on the ironing board, and oily prints on the wooden table. The headboard… I will not even finish that sentence. This property markets itself as clean. I genuinely do not think the people responsible for this room understand what that word means. I booked for three nights. I stayed for two and left immediately after our event wrapped because I was not going to spend another night there. The space itself is fine structurally, but a nice floor plan means nothing when the execution is this far below standard. If you have any standards at all, book somewhere else. If you travel with sanitizing wipes and no expectations, maybe you will survive it. I, however, will not be returning.
