IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Reservei um quarto para 1 pessoa. Me colocaram em um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 camas de solteiro super gigante o quarto não gostei. Fora que a porta era um trabalho danado para fechar quando fui fechar na parte de dentro a maçaneta caia TD hora a televisão nem se quer ligava o chuveiro só pingava horrível. Aí quando fui na recepção questionar me trataram com descaso. Minha estaria foi horrível não gostei sério msm .

Na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto muito antigo e mal conservado, o que deixou a desejar. Após a troca, o novo quarto era bem melhor e mais confortável. O café da manhã é razoável, mas o café servido tinha um gosto muito ruim. No geral, considerando o valor cobrado, a estadia foi boa, mas com pontos que podem ser melhorados.

Desde o check-in que durou cerca de duas horas, começou o sofrimento. Faltaram, energia elétrica parcialmente,nao funcionou o elevador, tv, e no último dia faltou água. Nao consegui adicionar fotos nem o video que fiz do quarto alagado.

Horrível, pessimo atendimento e experiencia

Minha experiência foi terrivel, gastei transporte para chegar ate o hotel plaza, e como reservei cedinho cheguei la recebi o pior quarto, vazamento no banheiro , cheio de mosca, cama desconfortável e quarto diferente do que havia solicitado e reservado, solucao me transferiram para o Riviera o que ate entao ja conhecia de outra hospedagem, pessimo atendimento funcionarios mal educados, nao recebi toalha e nem cobertor , havia solicitado ao rapaz ele disse q iria pegar era o tempo que faria o lanche na loja do lado quando retornei uma mulher que estava la de cabelo cacheado fez pouco caso de mim as toalhas e cobertor ela deu para o hospede que havia acabado de chegar o mesmo pelo qual ela me deixou 10min para entregar a chave e dizer que nao tinha mais cobertor nem toalhas so no outro dia, mas como ja iria embora nao teria necessidade. Enfim odiei a experiencia nos 2 hoteis. Sem contar que o banheiro estava cheio de baratas. A unidade conta apenas com 1 elevador e cafe no 12° o q dificulta muito para se locomover no mesmo. " nao tem empatia e nem responsalidade ou preferencia para pessoas com necessidades especiais". Na unidade plaza o recepcionista emanuel tentou ate me ajudar mais nao tinha outro quarto disponível que me acolhesse com conforto basico

Experiência horrivel

Primeiro dia fui mal atendida, na entrega da chave não explicou tudo. Já no primeiro dia não pegava internet, e a tv só pegava 2 canais,no 2 dias teve falta de energia, a tv não funcionava mais, na chuva alagou meu quarto . Foi aí que fui embora dia 03 , adiar minha saída. Pois não tinha como ficar no lugar daquelas forma sem internets sem tv e quarto molhando , móveis quebrado, tenho vídeo de como estava o quarto.

E um hotel muito bom mais na hora do chek-in fiquei mais de uma hora para ele fazer meu chek-in, agora na hora do chek-out eles ficam encomendado perguntando quando quer vai sai. Fora as tvs quer não presta e não tem canais para assistir nada, fora isso e ótimo hotel e bem localizado
