The property was nice. The room was clean. There was a Starbucks a few feet away from the property so coffee options were easily accessible. I attempted to check in an hour early and the staff without checking (maybe she had recently checked?) told me they had no clean rooms available until 3pm check in time. My room was on the second floor which was open and you can hear the noise from the lobby. A large group must’ve come in or something but it was loud for a while which made it hard to sleep. The restaurant at the property was pretty good. We were all satisfied and enjoyed our dinner and drink options. Customer service is huge for me so although I appreciate the cleanliness, I will not stay here again because of their lack of “care”.

It is an average hotel, modern with minimal stuff in rooms which have not good noise sealed. I could hear every noise inside my room, even the elevator ring. The personnel at the desk and breakfast were so lovely and kind, but they were so insufficient. The manager is not worried about providing good client service. There were so many people with just a few staff. The chick-in took forever, and the breakfast was a disaster.

Somos clientes frecuentes y aún así nos tratan como si fuese la primera vez que vamos. Llenando hojas de registro y pidiendo nuevamente los datos fiscales. El hotel en general muy limpio, y tranquilo. Otro aspecto es que, quisimos jugar billar y en el momento que deseamos usarlo se veía desocupado, el mesero nos dijo que estaba ocupado… las personas estaban comiendo. Cuando nos vieron llegar al billar, en lugar de prestárnoslo un momentito, fueron corriendo con comida en sus manos y nos dijeron que “era de ellos” y nosotros amablemente nos retiramos. Podrían ofrecer cupones de tiempo gratuitos (ya incluida con la estancia), y si quieren seguir usándolo, ir por otro cupón… si hay más personas. Permitir que jueguen por tiempos. Variedad de comida en buffet y deliciosa. Últimamente la piscina ha estado helada… un señor mayor de edad estaba sufriendo de lo fría que estaba que se tuvo que salir a los 5 minutos. Antes siempre estaba caliente el agua de la piscina, no entiendo ni me gusta ese cambio. El gimnasio tenía bicicletas desconectadas y no se podía usar la pantalla para verificar pulso, etc.
