Hot tub was out of commission. Was very noisy outside and inside. Staff need to do a better job of taming the noisy guests. I dont mind people enjoying themselves, but once it hits 1030 or 11pm, it should be quiet so that people can get a good nights rest. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. I chose this hotel because it listed a hottub and indoor pool.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I had lost my wallet earlier that day and they were able to work with me and were so understanding. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was great the next morning I could swear that maybe one person had ever stayed in my room before me. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Nice place with lovely lobby. The front desk was a little more interested in her chat than handling customer needs. The TV was a fritz, but a different front desk woman fixed it. I repaired the room’s toilet to flush properly. Decent breakfast.

I'll start with check-in. The clerk was rude and very unprofessional in appearance. None of the rooms in the category i had reseved had been cleaned (check-in srarts at 3pm it was almost pm) adter telling me no rooms were available started trying differant room types aging each time not cleaned. Finaky found a room. The room was acceptably cleaned. But the most uncomfortable bed ever in a hotel, heat and air didnt work. At checkout no desk clerk (630am) and a sign with sorry no breakfast. Will not stay again

Staff was very nice. Room seemed to not have been used recently, shower was dirty. Body wash was discolored to start. Rest of room was clean. Hot tub was out of order. Whole pool room was chilly, but water in pool wasnt terribly cold. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is really nice, comfortable and clean! The pool was fun for my kids and it was nice they had a hot tub for me to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rawlins.
