Good stay for 1 night

Hotel was decent. Desk staff were very professional. Room was clean and quiet. No breakfast amenities. My biggest complaint was price, but everything is expensive in this part of the I-5 corridor on a Saturday night. Only stayed for one night. Convenient location near I-5.

Will never stay here again, and I suggest you don’t, either. Very rude staff, rooms were dirty and breakfast was horrible.

Nicer than we expected

This is an older hotel that could use some renovation. The hallways and lobby are a bit worn. The rooms, however, are nice and comfortable. Clean and well furnished.

The night we stayed there seemed to be alot of people coming and going and the doors slam. Also, there is not carpet on the floors and we could hear everything going on above us. No fault of the hotel, the trains run alot during the night. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly.

Spring beds need updated, broken floor tiles in the bathroom are sharp , daily and nightly train that goes by. Nice staff, too expensive for what it was

Their Jacuzzi tub was filthy. I tried to express this at check-out but they just argued with me. My husband and I stayed there for our wedding night. And while we filled the tub, you could see the massive soapscum and the floating from old dead skin cells. So we couldnt even enjoy that. I was veey disappointed

Was not room that was shown on expedia. Room was cold when entering, took 2 hrs to warm to room temp. Hot tub jets were stuck closed on one side(managment rectified quickly)no breakfast @ time of walk through lobby.

We got to our room amd the windows were all open (40 outside). The heater took forever to heat up. Check out was 11 am. At 10:30 we get two phone calls and no one answered then they came to the room. She was rude and told me she call 2 times and i didn't answer, but i did. I slso let her know check says 11 not 10:30.

Check in was good, room was good, but check out not good. I paid for 1night in most expensive room, paid $100 deposit, lady checked the room and said she could only give me $50 back cuz there was damage. 1 towel had dirt, 1 towel had a smidge of makeup, bedspread had dime size cherry juice. Nothing bleach wouldn't take care of. I'm a housekeeper at a local motel and I left the room in very good condition. I 'am pretty upset. Damage means destroyed, unusable. This was not the case. Everyone should bring their own towels and blanket if they stay here.

Found trash on the dirty floor, no interior lock on the door, dirty sink. When we left there was some Tweeker dude in the parking lot wiping his truck Down with Lysol. It was 630 am. I didn’t go into this place with high hopes but the pictures we saw beforehand were misleading. Never again.

This place looks amazing! Nothing like what I remembered it to be!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming!! The lady at the desk is great!! Other motels could learn a lot from her!! Even if the property was trashed, (which it WAS NOT) her kind hospitality would keep me coming back.

Honestly the surrounding location looks unsafe , dark and intimidating . But the security camera system located at the front desk made us feel better. The room was very clean ! The bed was comfortable . The sheets were comfortable ,very soft , clean and that was a plus ! The water pressure for the shower was really good . Overall I would stay there again . For the price and what you get it’s very reasonable . No smells ! There is the train noise but we were so tired we didn’t care . If you’re looking for something high end don’t bother but you can tell they do care to keep it clean !

We would not hesitate to stay there again, the pillows and the towels could be upgraded, but the bed was wonderful and the room was nice as well as the bathroom
