Breakfast was good and you had a good variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable but the cleaning people should check to make sure there is enough supplies in the room for the amount of guests staying in the room plus make sure the tissue box has tissues in it. We would definitely stay again

The handicap accessible room that we stayed in was okay. The bedroom area was nice and clean however the bathroom door did not close all the way, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the countertop was not clean. I would try another hotel before I returned to this one the next time I am in the Reading, PA area.

The location was very convenient to all the shops and restaurants, offering complimentary breakfasts. However, the room has no box tissue, and even when they came to clean the room, they did nothing but take the garbage.

This was not my first stay at this hotel but it was by far the first stay with so many issues with the room. -no hot water in shower -alarm clock in-op. wanted to set as back up since no USB to charge my phone. -privacy blind broken, would not fully close -room frig was not working which I realized the next morning when my food was warm and rotten -no USB ports -breakfast was still not out by 6:45 AM. advertised begins at 6:30 AM. I had to get to work by 7. -there was no front desk staff in the morning to assist I travel to Reading about once every 6 weeks and will not be staying at this hotel again, which is sad because it used to be my first choice since it has great proximity to stores and restaurants.

The door to the hall would get stuck on the carpet and needed an extra push to close it completely. It took a long while for the water in the sink and shower to get warm. The room was clean.
